Lady Gaga is currently on tour with her over-the-top Monster Ball production, and her new video for "Telephone" will premiere this Thursday on E! at 11:30 p.m. ET.  Even so, fans may soon have even more Gaga productions to gush over in the coming year.  A rep for Gaga's record label told MTV, "There are talks about a 3-D concert and a DVD in the near future."  There are no details about either of these projects, but in December, Gaga released a deluxe edition of her Fame Monster CD that came with a pair of 3-D glasses, which she said would be used "for things happening soon."
